About Anna
Anna Klyauzova, MSN, RN, is the co-founder and Director of Patient Services at
ProLife Home Care in New York City. She is a highly respected clinical
nurse leader with more than a decade of frontline experience in hospital, surgical, and
home care environments.
Before founding ProLife, Anna served as an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Manager
at The Mount Sinai Hospital, one of the most renowned medical centers in the
country. In 2021, she was recognized as the
Mount Sinai Network Magnet Nurse of the Year — an honor awarded to
nursing leaders who demonstrate exceptional clinical excellence, compassion, mentorship,
and patient advocacy.
At ProLife Home Care, Anna personally oversees all private client care, RN assessments,
patient safety standards, and caregiver training programs. Families across NYC trust her
clinical judgment, calm approach, and deep expertise in navigating complex care needs at
